Green Wheels and NEC Are Collaborating!

The alternative transportation organization Green Wheels has come under the NEC umbrella as a fiscally sponsored project.
Green Wheels and the NEC will collaborate on transportation issues,
working to improve bus service and add to the North Cost's network of
bike/pedestrian trails.
